They also instill a greater sense of security when the weather is near freezing. Although I have yet to encounter snow, I believe they would perform excellently based on previous experience. Before I have driven in snow and was able to drive uphill from a stop without losing control of my car, and the only other car I saw was a LandRover Discovery. I was really happy with these tyres; they live up to the name Cross Climate. They have excellent performance in the snowy conditions that we frequently get in Highland Aberdeenshire. The wear is also quite reasonable.
