Great family business. Lovely staff, helpful, no pressure on what type of tyres to buy. Good value for money and offering plenty of advice. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have just moved to the area and we needed winter tyres put on both cars. We got recommended to go and see Dougie at D and R Tyres. What can I say, my daughter and I popped in and met Caitlin and she was so helpful, very chatty and happy. Caitlin took all my details, tyre sizes for both cars and within 30mins had a quote over to me. I spoke to Dougie a couple days later to get the cars booked in and even though they were fully booked on Saturday when we needed them done due to my wife and I working Monday to Friday, he managed to work both cars into the day as I said I was flexible for when the cars can be dropped in. Absolutely amazing service, amazing! When I went back to collect my car my daughter wanted to come in with me to speak to Caitlin which says everything about how polite and chatty she is. Customer service is a big thing for me because it costs nothing to be polite and the customer service was second to none. Highly recommend. Thank you so very much for all your help. See you again. Realised my tyre was worn so went there within 30 minutes of ringing I had a new tyre spot on service definitely go back
